That’s the problem with setting legal precedent; once it’s set and the actions are not challenged, it stands as a routine decision and will be used in the future, in similar situations. Yes, I agree. This overreach can’t stand. They are trying to see how far they can assert their power into the process.

Trump needs to push the limits forcing Supreme Court, …which might be risky but, can’t rule with judges impeding your every decision.
